Payment

You pay after the job is done — never before. We accept cash, Zelle, and Venmo.

Scheduling

All jobs are on Saturdays. We'll confirm your time slot when you book. Need to reschedule? Just give us 24 hours' notice and we'll move your date — no fee.

Cancellations

Cancel anytime with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations under 24 hours are subject to a $100 fee to cover crew scheduling.

Here's why it works in your favor: the two owners personally do every job, you meet us before anything moves, and you pay nothing until you've walked through your finished garage. The risk is entirely on us. We're building our reputation one garage at a time, and that means your job gets our full attention.

Yes, we ask that an adult be present during the job. You don't need to do any lifting — just be around so you can tell us what stays and what goes, and sign off when we're finished.

Most jobs take 2 to 4 hours depending on how full your garage is. You can go about your morning while we work — we'll come get you when it's time to walk through the finished result.

Packed floor-to-ceiling? An oversized three-car setup? No problem — the price may be $799 instead of $599. We'll confirm the exact price before we start — never after. No surprises.

Yes. We donate usable items to Habitat for Humanity and Goodwill whenever possible. If you have specific items you'd like donated to a particular organization, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.

We specialize in garage cleanouts only — no attics, basements, sheds, or interior rooms. By focusing on one thing, we can keep our pricing simple, our process fast, and our quality high.
